Director of Administration
Erin Mucitelli
Erin Mucitelli joined Central Oneida County Volunteer Ambulance Corps (COCVAC) in 2003 as the organization’s first career employee. Over the years, she has held multiple administrative roles and currently serves as Assistant Chief of Administration. In this position, she manages all administrative aspects of the organization, including insurance billing, human resources, accounts payable and receivable, and scheduling. Erin has deep family ties to COCVAC—her father and husband both served as volunteer EMTs, and her mother was the Secretary of the Board of Directors—demonstrating a long-standing commitment to the organization and its mission.

Director of Operations
Samantha Wengert
Sam started her career in EMS in 2008. During her career, she has held many positions including field supervisor, training officer, and quality assurance director. She graduated the Utica Fire Academy in 2011 where she earned her AAS in fire protection technology. She is currently pursuing her Bachelors Degree in EMS Administration with a focus on Mobile Integrated Healthcare.
